Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ByMarrakesh, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Deposits

The 20% To 50% deposit paid at the time of booking is used to secure services and initiate trip arrangements.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • In special circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Cancellations by the Client

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Cancellation timelines and eligibility for refunds depend on the specific package and services booked.

Remaining Balance

If the remaining balance has already been paid:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting non-recoverable costs charged by third-party providers.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive or participate in booked services without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Cancellations by ByMarrakesh

In rare cases where we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:

  • An alternative service, or
  • A refund for the affected portion of the booking

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
