At ByMarrakesh, we aim to provide secure, transparent, and flexible payment options for our clients worldwide. This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled for bookings made through our website.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept online payments via secure third-party payment processors, including Stripe, using major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and others where supported).

All payments are processed securely. ByMarrakesh does not store or have access to your full card details.

Deposit & Partial Payments

For most travel packages and services, we require a deposit of 20% of the total booking amount at the time of reservation.

This deposit:

  • Confirms your booking
  • Secures accommodations, activities, and services
  • Allows us to begin trip organization

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is typically payable:

  • Before arrival, or
  • Upon arrival in Morocco (depending on the selected package and agreement)

Payment instructions for the remaining balance will be clearly communicated after booking confirmation.

Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in the currency shown at checkout. Currency conversion fees, if any, are determined by your card issuer.

Payment Confirmation

Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
